• Certification upon course completion

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided through PEA Africa, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is the property of PEA Africa or its content creators and is protected by copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

PEA Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Subscription Terms

By subscribing to PEA Africa's premium services, you agree to the following:

1. Subscription Plans

We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans. Prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable VAT/tax.

2. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Paystack. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees. All payments are in the selected currency (USD or NGN).

3. Billing Cycle

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Monthly plans renew every 30 days; yearly plans renew every 365 days.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial periods, except as required by applicable law.

5. Refund Policy

Eligible first-time subscribers may request a refund within 30 days of the initial payment, subject to the published Refund Policy and applicable law.

6. Course Access

Active subscribers have unlimited access to all available courses. Course availability may change, and we reserve the right to modify course offerings.

Community Guidelines

To maintain a positive learning environment, all users must follow these guidelines:

1. Respect Others

Treat all community members with respect. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, and bullying will not be tolerated.

2. Honest Communication

Be honest in your discussions and submissions. Do not cheat on quizzes, assignments, or copy others' work without attribution.

3. Appropriate Content

Do not post offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content. This includes but is not limited to: spam, malware, copyrighted material without permission, and personal information of others.

4. Constructive Feedback

When providing feedback to other learners, be constructive and encouraging. Focus on the content, not the person.

5. Privacy

Respect the privacy of other users. Do not share personal information without consent.

6. Violations

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination. We reserve the right to make these decisions at our discretion.
